Refund Policy

Something from your order just not work out for you? No problem! We offer a 30-day refund and exchange policy from order shipment date. Write us an email at and our representative will help you through the process.

Eligibility Window:
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be received back to our fulfillment center within 30 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Returns received in damaged/used condition.
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
